I stand behind the work that goes into each pen.
If a pen develops anissue due to workmanship, I will repair or replace it at no cost. This includes problems related to construction, fit, or finish under normal use.
For damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or general wear over time, I’m still happy to help. Reparis in these cases are handled individually, and I’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Because each pen is made individually, exchanges are not always possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The pen must be in its orginal condition and include original packaging. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect.
If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to take and look and help where I can.

Each pen is made to be used and enjoyed over time. With a bit of simple care, it will continue to perform and develop its own character.
General Use
Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure
Store the pen in a case or safe place when not in use
Keep away from prolonged exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
Fountain Pens
Clear periodically with cool water, especially when changing inks
Avoid allowing ink to dry inside the pen for extended periods
Use inks designed for fountain pens only
Rollerball & Ballpoint Pens
Replace refills as needed
Store with the tip retracted or capped when not in use
Materials
Each material has its own character and will age differently over time.
Wood: May develop a richer tone with use; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight
Ebonite: Can oxidize and shift slightly in color over time which is natural.
Ebonite will fade and discolor when exposed to direct sunlight
Casein: Avoid overexposure to direct sunlight and water. Casein is an organic product and can distort in water or dissolve in a high pH environment.
Acrylic & Fordite: Very durable and stable; wipe occasionally with a soft cloth to maintain the finish.

Using a Converter
Unscrew the Barrel
Hold the pen firmly and unscrew the section to expose the converter insider.
Submerge the Nib
Dip the nib fully into your ink bottle. Make sure the breather hole (just above the nib) is covered.
Draw up Ink
Twist the converter to draw ink about halfway into the converter.
Twist the opposite direction to push the ink and any air in the converter back into the ink bottle.
Twist the converter back to pull ink all the way into the converter, you will see the ink fully fill the chamber.
Remove and Wipe
Carefully remove the pen from the ink and wipe the nib and grip section with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Reassemble and Write
Screw the section back onto the barrel. Your pen is now ready to use.
Tips
Fill slowly to avoid air bubbles
If the pen skips at first, give it a few gentle strokes to draw the ink out
Clean the pen occasionally to keep ink flowing smoothly
* Fountain pens reward a slower pace. Take your time with the process; it’s part of the experience.

Inserting an ink cartridge
Unscrew the section
Remove the barrel to access the cartridge opening
Insert the cartridge
Push the cartridge firmly into place until you feel it seat. This will pierce the seal and allow the ink to flow.
Reassemble
Screw the section back onto the barrel.
Let the Ink Flow
Give it a minute for the ink to reach the nib. If needed, gently scribble on paper to start the flow
Tips
A gentle push is enough, no need to force it.
If the ink doesn’t start right away, give it a moment or lightly tap the nib downward
Keep a spare cartridge if you’re using the pen daily
-
If you’re new to fountain pens, a few small adjustments make a big difference.
Use a light touch: Fountain pens don’t require much pressure
Find the Right Angle: Hold the pen so both sides of the nib contact the paper evenly. The wrong angle will interrupt ink flow
Let the Pen Write: Write a little slower than you would with a ballpoint.
